Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C fan / gas mark 7. On a baking tray add your Cumberland Sausage and pop on the top shelf for around 20 minutes or until browned.

Peel and chop the Potatoes into chunks. Drop into the pan of boiling water and simmer until soft for around 15 minutes.

Meanwhile chop the Red Onion into thin slices and add in a frying pan. Fry the Red Onion in a drizzle of oil for about 5 minutes. Add the Gravy to some boiling water and add to the pan. Allow to simmer to make the Red Onion Gravy.

Heat up another pan of water with a little salt. Slice up the Sweetheart Cabbage and add them to the water. Boil for between 5 to 10 minutes or until soft.

Drain both the Potatoes and the Sweetheart Cabbage and put them in the same pan. Add the Butter and mash together until fully combined.

Plate up the Cumberland Sausage with a dollop of Sweetheart Cabbage mash. Add the Red Onion Gravy over the top. Eat and enjoy!
